Jeanne was a hurricane while Ivan was still stalking Florida deciding where to hit us. She attacked Hispanola lost a lot of power when she went over the high mountains and killed over 2,000 people there. Then she circled off the Bahamas building power and reorganizing. When she had finally built back up to a Category 3 hurricane, she decided to come ashore on the eastern coast of Florida in the area that is still recovering from Frances. Now she is heading towards Tampa. If I do not loose power or internet connections, I will keep you informed of the storms effects here in Tampa.
